Pyatt Builders is thrilled to announce Indiana’s very first modern farmhouse community, Thorp Farms, is now selling! Located in New Palestine, Indiana, Thorp Farms is a unique community of trendy, modern farmhouse-style homes. Pyatt Builders is excited to expand our ever-growing number of communities across Central Indiana to include Thorp Farms in Hancock County.
WHY MODERN FARMHOUSE? The farmhouse style has changed with time and trend, starting initially as traditional farmhouses built for practicality and functionality. The modern farmhouse look is often marked by natural wood, large windows, exposed beams, handmade furniture, and earth-tones. As a result of the rise of HGTV, this style of farmhouse has grown in popularity over the past decade (uh, hello Chip and Joanna Gaines!). Pyatt Builders proudly creates cutting-edge communities, and we’re confident that Thorp Farms will provide both tradition and modernity.
QUICK FACTS: Thorp Farms offers a variety of floor plans with homes ranging from 2,237 – 3,426 square feet, starting in the $280s. In addition, these homes are part of Pyatt’s Exclusives Series. Inside you’ll find amazing features from open-concept first floors and spacious kitchens to functional spaces. Similarly, the exteriors provide amazing views such as full front porches, larger garages and outdoor living. This quaint community will have only 25 homes, made special for each family. All the homes will follow a similar exterior design, but will have options for personalization, including a unique and colorful front door! The Thorp Farms community is located in Sugar Creek Township, and is in the Southern Hancock County Community school district. Our Thorp Farms model home is currently under construction and will open Spring 2021 for in-person tours!
