Who We Are
Pyatt Builders opened its doors in 2008 and has established over 50+ locations throughout the greater Indianapolis area with a milestone of 1,000+ homes sold reached in 2021. Pyatt Builders is a private, locally-owned, new-home builder, operated out of Carmel, Indiana.
We handle the home building process from start to finish, and every home we build is a labor of love. It's natural for us to work with passion and integrity because we love what we do. We enjoy being part of the community, and the fact that we get to play a part in creating entire neighborhoods - places that people will enjoy for generations to come - is a huge honor.

In 2017 Pyatt Builders set out on a journey to discover and develop a new and innovative home design not being offered in the greater Indianapolis area. A relationship was formed with two nationally recognized firms, John Burns Real Estate Consulting and Bassenian Lagoni Architecure-Plannning-Interiors to create something special right here in Carmel, Indiana.
The Pyatt Builder’s Finecraft brand was brought to life! Finecraft Builders, a sister company to Pyatt Builders, has two product lines in its The Grove at Legacy location. A single family home with an innovative design focused on using exterior space differently for those homeowners who celebrate every season and what it brings and a paired-patio product line so different, so surprising, that it is a must see for anyone searching for a home.
