Cheswick Place will feature our Simplicity Series. These homes were designed with an updated traditional neighborhood in mind: a streetscape full of vibrant and fresh exteriors, offering functional floor plans that allow for the best use of square footage in the layout of the home. This series ranges between 1,200 – 2,800 square feet. With a variety of floor plans and options, we are sure you will find one perfect for you!
